This policy describes how NextPhase Technologies LLC (“we”, “us”) collects, uses, shares, and protects information when you use the Thryve mobile application (“Thryve”).
Information we collect
- Account data: such as email address when you create or sign in to an account.
- Profile & preferences: such as display name, goals, coaching style, and settings you choose in the app.
- Usage & activity: such as app interactions, tasks, focus sessions, and movement or step summaries you log or we derive from device sensors (where you grant permission).
- Device & diagnostics: basic technical data needed to run the app securely and fix issues.
- Purchases: subscription status is processed by Apple; we receive entitlement information through our payment partner as needed to unlock features.
How we use information
We use the information we collect to:
- provide, operate, and secure Thryve;
- personalize AI coaching and in-app coaching experiences;
- generate insights and recommendations based on your activity and preferences;
- improve product experience, reliability, and safety;
- send reminders and communications you expect from the service;
- comply with law; and
- respond to support requests and notify you of important service changes.
AI Features and Data Usage
Thryve may use third-party AI services to provide personalized coaching and suggestions. This may include sending limited contextual data such as your activity, goals, or usage patterns to generate responses.
We do not use AI services to make automated decisions with legal or similarly significant effects.
AI responses are generated dynamically and may not always be accurate.
Sharing
We use trusted third-party service providers to operate Thryve, including:
- Supabase — authentication, database, and storage;
- RevenueCat — subscription management; and
- OpenAI — AI-powered coaching.
These providers process data on our behalf under contractual obligations. We may also disclose information if required by law, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate safeguards. We do not sell your personal information.
Retention
We retain your data while your account is active. If you delete your account, your data is deleted or anonymized within a reasonable timeframe unless required for legal or operational purposes.
Your choices
- Motion/fitness permissions can be changed in iOS Settings.
- Notifications can be turned off in iOS Settings or in-app where available.
- To request account deletion, email support@thryve.me with the subject “Delete my account”. We will process your request within a reasonable timeframe.
Your Rights
You may have the right to access, update, or delete your personal information depending on your location.
You can contact us at privacy@thyrve.me to make such requests.
Children
Thryve is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
